During my recent city break, I had the pleasure of staying at Pension Meson Paz in Pontedeume, which proved to be a cozy haven after a long day on the Camino. The terrace offered stunning views, and we really appreciated the restful atmosphere after a day of hiking. The highlight was certainly the buffet breakfast-nothing beats starting your day fuelled by a hearty selection, especially when there's soy milk for my daughter, thanks to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The rooms, though basic, were perfectly adequate, equipped with all the essentials, including a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. We were just a short distance from Praia de Sopazos, making it an ideal spot for relaxing evenings after our outdoor adventures. Pension Meson Paz was a good and comfortable choice for our family getaway, blending that rustic charm with just enough modern conveniences. If you're looking for something outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, this place is worth considering!
